Panefall privacy

Last updated 17 October 2026

Panefall is a game by JNDK Ventures. This policy explains what the game stores, what it shares and with whom. It sits alongside our company privacy policy.

  • Your progress lives on your device and in your own iCloud or Google account.
  • Panefall has no ads, and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
  • There is no account with us. We never ask for your name or email in the game.
  • Purchases go through Apple or Google. We never see your card.

01What stays on your device

Your save lives on your device: runs, unlocks, earned Shards, the items and kits you own, season progress, daily results and your settings. Sounds, haptics and the share card for a daily result are all made on your device. A share card only goes where you choose to send it.

02Saves that follow you

iPhone and iPad

Your progress is copied to iCloud key value storage under your own Apple Account, so it moves to your other devices and comes back if you reinstall. Apple stores it and we cannot read it. You can turn iCloud off for the game in your device settings.

Android

Android's own device backup may include the game's data, depending on your settings. When Google Play Games arrives in a later update, signing in will also save your progress through Play Games in your Google account. We cannot read either.

03Leaderboards and achievements

At launch, Panefall uses Game Center on iPhone and iPad for its daily and weekly leaderboards. Achievements, and Google Play Games on Android, come in a later update, and this section covers them too. If you are signed in, your scores, achievements and player name are sent to Apple or Google, and other players can see your player name and scores on the boards. Signing in is handled by Apple or Google; we do not receive your email address or password. We use leaderboard data only to run the boards and to remove scores that break the rules.

04Purchases

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle payment. We never receive your card details.

Our purchase provider, RevenueCat, receives your purchase history together with an anonymous ID made for this app (never your name or email), so the game can unlock what you bought and restore it on a new device. Paid crate openings are restored from these purchase records too. When the game checks your purchases, RevenueCat also receives standard technical details such as device type, operating system and app version, store country and IP address, to process purchases and keep the service secure.

The game reads the country of your App Store or Google Play account to show local prices and to hide paid crate openings in countries where we do not offer them (Belgium, the Netherlands and Brazil), or when the country cannot be read. This check happens on your device.

05What we do not do

  • No ads. If we ever add optional reward ads, we will update this policy before they arrive and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
  • No analytics, advertising or crash reporting tools inside the game.
  • No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
  • No selling or renting of your information.
  • No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.

If you choose to share analytics with Apple or Google in your device settings, they may give us anonymous crash reports and overall statistics under their own policies.

06When you email us

If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and help with anything that follows. We do not add you to a mailing list.

07Children

Panefall is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game itself does not ask anyone for personal information.

08Deleting your data

  • Deleting the game removes the save on that device.
  • The iCloud copy can be removed in your device settings under your Apple Account, iCloud, where you manage the storage each app uses.
  • Once Google Play Games arrives, its data can be deleted in the Play Games settings for your Google account.
  • For the purchase record RevenueCat holds, email us and we will help you find and delete it. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.

09Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date before the change takes effect in the game.
