This page covers JNDK Ventures as a company and this website. Each of our apps also has its own privacy policy that lists exactly what that app collects. Where the two differ, the app's own policy is the one that applies to that app.

The short version. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. Each app's own policy lists what it collects and the services it uses.

01Who we are

JNDK Ventures is an independent app development partnership. We publish Tickza, Wheredrobe and Learnivore, and we are making three games: Pipsmith, Hexdale and Panefall. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean JNDK Ventures.

03What we promise in every app

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We do not share your personal information with anyone for advertising.
  • Each app's own policy says what it collects, where it is stored and which outside services it uses. Some apps keep everything on your device; others need servers, for example to sync your decks or to run a search, and their policies name the providers involved.

04Crash reports and statistics

If you choose to share analytics with Apple or Google in your device settings, they may give us anonymous crash reports and overall usage statistics under their own policies. These cannot identify you personally. Some apps use other services too, and their own policies name them.

05Apple and Google services

Our apps use Apple's and Google's own frameworks and services where they fit, such as iCloud, Game Center, Google Play Games and in-app purchases. Those are governed by Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/privacy) and Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

06This website

This site has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools. It is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page asked for) to run the service and keep it secure.

If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply and help with anything that follows. We do not add you to a mailing list.

07Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

08Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us and we will reply as soon as we can, and within 30 days.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our apps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
