Terms of use

By downloading or using any app, game or service from JNDK Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Some of our apps also have their own terms: Tickza, Wheredrobe, Learnivore. Where an app's own terms say something different, those apply to that app.

01Using our apps

Our apps are licensed to you, not sold. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms and the terms of the store you downloaded them from (the Apple App Store or Google Play). For apps from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our apps.
  • You may not use our apps for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not try to gain unauthorised access to any system related to our services.
  • You may not use cheats, bots or modified versions of our games to post scores.

02Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their rules, including their refund rules. We never see your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple Account or Google Play settings. Each app shows the price and what you get before you buy.

03Items in our games

Earned currencies (such as Embers, Coins and Shards) and the items in our games give you a licence to use them in that game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account. Items you buy, including items from paid crate openings, are yours for good and can be restored on a new device. The game shows a crate's odds before every purchase and every opening. Paid crate openings are not offered in every country.

04Intellectual property

All content, design, code and materials in our apps and on this website belong to JNDK Ventures and are protected by intellectual property laws.

05No warranties

Our apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that they will be free of errors or always available.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JNDK Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time and will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use of our apps after a change means you accept the new terms.
