01Common questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the game's settings and use Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with. Everything you buy is yours for good, including the items from paid crate openings, which are restored from your purchase records.
Will my progress move to a new phone?
On iPhone and iPad, progress is kept in iCloud under your Apple Account, so use the same account on the new device. On Android, your phone's own backup can carry it across, and saving through Google Play Games comes in a later update.
How do Market Crates work?
Market Crates hold cosmetic items only. You open them with Coins earned in play or, where available, by buying a single opening. The game shows the odds before every purchase and every opening, from the (i) on the crate and in Settings, and you get no duplicates until you own the whole series.

A Masterwork is guaranteed within 10 openings of a series, counting earned, paid and free openings alike, and the crate shows how many are left. Paid openings are not offered in Belgium, the Netherlands or Brazil, and they disappear once you own the whole series, so money never buys a duplicate. The game always shows the current odds, and we update this page to match.
Does anything I buy help on the leaderboards?
No. Daily and weekly runs use a fixed loadout for everyone, so nothing bought or unlocked changes a leaderboard score. The daily run and its board turn over at 00:00 UTC.
Are there energy timers or paid continues?
No. Play as much as you like. The whole game is in the free download, and nothing you buy is needed to finish it.
What happens when a season ends?
Its track moves to the Season Archive and stays playable, at the same price for the paid track. The free track is open to everyone.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you paid. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play's refund help.
