Can I study on the web too?
Yes. Sign in at learnivore.app and your decks and progress sync with your phone.
A generated card is wrong
AI can make mistakes, so check new cards against your own notes and edit any card that is off. If a file keeps producing bad cards, email us the details and we will look into it.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
If you subscribed on the Learnivore website, email us and we will help.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in at learnivore.app, open Settings and choose Delete account, or email us from the address you sign in with. Personal data is deleted within 30 days, as set out in Learnivore's privacy policy.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you paid. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play's refund help.
